NOTE: These terms refer to Flicker Box and not the Candelaria Trio™ subscription service.
We do not offer refunds as in accordance with policies stated on our FAQ page.
Flicker Box does not offer refunds. When purchasing a Flicker Box subscription you are agreeing to purchase a box containing surprise items; meaning items that you have no previous knowledge of and that you may or may not have anticipated. Month-to-month subscriptions can stop at any time and we discontinue charging you, however, because 3, 6 & 12 month subscriptions are prepaid, you will have been charged in full. Effective June 1st, 2015 all subscriptions will be aut0-renewing.
If you don’t receive your box, please contact us within 10 days of the shipping date. Please contact Flicker Box immediately, and we will try our best to locate and replace it. Flicker Box is not responsible for locating or replacing missing boxes if notified more than 10 days after shipping date.
If your box arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the box and we will do our best to replace the damaged items. Flicker Box is unable to replace your damaged items if notified after 2 days of receiving your box. Please note, Flicker Box requires photographic evidence of the damage and may require you to return the damaged item(s).
Terms of Service
We are an artisan candle subscription service. Every month, we send our subscribers a unique and exceptional box curated with artisanal candles. The candle makers are trusted and established 3rd party suppliers. We simply take their product and ship it to our users.
Delivery shall be made in accordance with our shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates. Goods shall be packaged according to generally accepted best practices for shipping candles. We only ship in the United States.
Subscribers will receive all candle products as promised. Although we are not liable for candle melting that may take place in hot environments, we will do our best to resolve these types of situations. Additionally, the quality of the product is the sole responsibility of the individual producer/artist. Flicker Box is not a producer. The service we provide simply acts as a conduit between the producer and consumer.
PAYMENT AND SERVICES
All payments will be processed via Chargebee and Stripe. We have NO access to your payment information. All liability of secure checkout rests with Chargebee and Stripe; both known for their best-in-class payment security for e-commerce.
If you sign up for the monthly subscription plan , you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your first payment. These are payments are automatically renewing. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after you have been billed, you will still receive the given month’s shipment.
All other subscription packages are paid up front one time but are auto-renewing as of June 15th, 2015. You may log in to you account and change your subscription status to non-renewing at anytime. However, Flicker Box will not provide a refund, either partial or full, for ANY term subscriptions.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will review all claims that we receive of copyright infringement. If we deem that any content is in violation of applicable laws, we will remove it.
